ˇ In depth questionaire

Before we begin I will send you an in depth questionnaire that will contain all the information I will need to begin designing your site. One i’ve received your completed form, we will arrange a zoom call or in person meeting so we can go through some ideas and make sure we are on the same page and share the same vision for your new site. I will put together a few mood boards prior to our meeting to give you some idea of the options we have to work with.

ˇ On brand design

I will work with any existing branding you have including logos, fonts, colour codes and will incorporate these in to your new site to ensure a strong brand identity. If you do not already have branding for your business, take a look at my brand identity package.

ˇ Mobile optimised

Over half of web traffic now come from mobile phones. So it is just as, if not more important what your site looks like on a mobile as well as desk top. I will ensure optimal viewing experience across all devices.

ˇ SEO

I’ll make sure all the relevant key words and relevant phrases are inputted in to the search engine optimisation so your new potential clients can find you. This will help your website ranking on google and other search engines.

ˇ Analytics

Built in analytics so you can see who is visiting your website, where your traffic is coming from and other really helpful information. You will recieve training on how to use this feature.

ˇ Domain & Email Setup

Any professional website needs a professional domain name. I will set this up for you along with a mail box. If you have a domain name with another provider I can transfer this over to your new site for you.

ˇ Social media integration

All your social links will be added to your site so your potential clients can follow you. If you use email marketing I will also integrate sign up forms on to your website to make it easy for you to capture your visitors email addresses.

ˇ Training

Once your site is built I will show you exactly how you can edit and update your website should you need to in the future. I use both squarespace or shopify depending on the needs of your business. Both platforms are simple to update any text or images. I will walk you through how to do all the basics and also how to check your analytics and what they all mean.

You will not need to touch any of the coding, leave that to the professionals. For any major updates in the future please contact me and I would be happy to take care of that for you, charged at my hourly rate.
